Mantle is a fast-growing, DAO-led ecosystem whose goal is the mass adoption of decentralized and token-governed technologies.Your Role Design and architect scalable and secure Ethereum-based protocols and/or applications, including upgrades to Mantle Network L2 and Mantle LSP. Research and collaborate with external technical experts, including advisors, partners, and auditors, to integrate best practices and architectural solutions. Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering and Research teams to align technical objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community. Ability to create cohesive proposals and technology roadmaps, bringing together technical teams, business teams, and the broader community around the vision and impact on Mantle products. Spearhead the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including AMA audiences, blog readers, investors, and other partners. Your Craft Strong knowledge, and thesis, on the existing technical landscape of L2 blockchains and/or application layer products. A resourceful approach when it comes to finding and evaluating new technologies, including engaging with external teams and communities. Great communicator, and great listener, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Track record of writing and speaking about crypto topics. Extra Credit Business language fluency in English and Mandarin. A background and/or education across both technology and business domains.
