Description

Summary The Migration squad is responsible for providing all the services necessary for a customer who wants to bring their data from another processor to Pismo. We guide our customers from the kick-off to the final migration go-live date. We are always evolving our migration platform to provide quality service and also allow other customers from different businesses to migrate to Pismo. What you'll do Conduct product migration presentations for customer's key stakeholders and support technical questions from the customer's development team Oversee with the cross-squads PMs the end-to-end migration product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support, integrated tests and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering teams. Work with the Migration Product Manager to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog Participate in customer's meetings and handle their expectations over product deliveries Collaborate with pre-sales/sales/implementation teams, providing technical expertise to drive effective migration product explanations and client engagements. Minimum Qualifications In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with issuers/processors migrations or credit card/core banking platforms . Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
