Meta will no longer display the “AI Info” label directly under the user’s name for posts that have been edited or modified using AI tools. Instead, this label will be moved to a menu accessible by clicking the three dots at the top-right corner of the post.

The update aims to clarify the distinction between content that has been edited using AI tools and content that is fully AI-generated. For content detected as fully AI-generated, the “AI Info” label will still appear in its current prominent position. However, for content that has been edited with AI, users will need to access the menu to view the label.
