The 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M4 chip starts at $2,099 CAD and includes a 10-core CPU with four performance cores and six efficiency cores, along with a 10-core GPU. This configuration offers up to 1.8x faster performance for tasks like editing gigapixel photos and up to 3.4x faster performance for rendering complex scenes in Blender compared to the 13-inch MacBook Pro with M1.

Higher-End M4 Pro Model

The MacBook Pro with M4 Pro is aimed at more demanding workflows, featuring a 14-core CPU and up to a 20-core GPU, which is twice as powerful as the M4. This model is up to 3x faster than the M1 Pro models, particularly beneficial for tasks such as geo mapping, structural engineering, and data modeling.
