As of August 8, 2024, Instagram users can now include up to 20 photos or videos in a single carousel post. This is a substantial increase from the previous limit of 10 pieces of content per post.

Expanded Possibilities for Users
The expanded limit opens up various creative and practical possibilities for users. For instance, content creators can now showcase entire product lines, document detailed processes like tutorials or recipes, and share comprehensive travel diaries or event recaps. Brands and influencers can highlight every detail of their products without having to condense information into fewer slides.
