Samsung has temporarily halted the shipments of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to address quality control issues. The decision was made after some users who received the earbuds before the official launch date of July 24 reported that the ear tips tore easily during replacement attempts.
Samsung’s Quality Control Evaluation
Samsung has issued a statement indicating that they are conducting a full quality control evaluation to ensure all products meet their standards. Shipments to distribution channels have been suspended until this evaluation is complete.
